Normal Processing times are 3-4 Business Days & Normal Shipping Times are 3 -7 Business Days. We make every effort to get your products to you as soon as possible. Times can vary slightly depending on time of year, product, and deliver quantity. If you do not receive your products within this time frame please contact us at support@mercantilemountain.com with your order number.  

Please Be Aware: We source our products from over 100 American based small businesses.  Our different products are supplied through various distributors and warehouses and as such multiple product orders will not necessarily arrive at the same time. This is normal and to be expected.
